Bed was very comfortable and my room was well cleaned. King room wasn’t cramped at all, comfortable and spacious. Bar employees were extremely nice. Carolyn, I think was her name, took good care of me and my visiting guests. The gentleman that checked me in Saturday late afternoon was friendly and answered my questions. Most importantly, it was a quiet floor and I got a good nights sleep.

Nice-looking property that’s close to the airport. Crowne Plaza has a shuttle to/from the airport. My room has 2 beds, a chair next to one bed, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker with coffee and tea. No microwave but I saw one on the ground level close to the pool. There is a restaurant across the front desk (more like a bar that serves foods). There is also a Starbucks which, I think, only opens in the morning because when I checked in around 4 pm, it was closed, and when I checked out the following morning at 5 am, it was also closed (it was understandable that it was closed too early in the morning).

I traveled from Miami, for a funeral .My niece lives in Jacksonville, and she suggested Crown Plaza.I told her, if, she didn't get this right, we would have a double funeral.. As soon as we entered,the hotel , the entryway, gave me a "WoW '" factor.I gave her 3 hugs before we reached the receptionist desks. When I looked at my room, I felted like a queen.I was so happy. Crown Plaza, is now my #1 hotel.I will be telling all my coworkers and friends , about my stay.

Everything at the Crowne Plaza was perfect! Especially the staff!! It’s a beautiful and wonderful place to stay! Don’t go cheap on a hotel because you get what you pay for!! Thank you Crowne Plaza staff and restaurant.

The room was very clean, the air was great in the room, no smell of smoking because we had a non-smoking room, it was very comfortable, we enjoyed it.

I had travelled to USA for a holiday. Sadly it was not a nice experience and I decided to cut my holiday short. A friend had dropped me off at airport and basically abandoned me, as "he had to go to work". I had made an error in booking my flight and was stranded. My Mother was able to book this hotel and it was just such a relief to arrive there and have friendly welcoming faces. It was the 1st moment I had been able to relax since I got into USA. 1st sleep I had in days, next day was able to go out and about and enjoy the area, very nice, and did some shopping before going back to airport to catch my flight. The hotel stay was lovely and enjoyed the area. Thank you to the staff.

It had a restaurant bar and a breakfast section with Starbucks. The hotel also had a vending area for light meals or snacks as well. it also had essentials to purchase incase something was left at home. Really no need to go anywhere once here and I loved that.

That there was still privacy even though there was a lot more people at the motel the acquaintance and the atmosphere of the facility was fantastic
